While you are installing the software ...
After the installation package is downloaded to your computer, it will start installing MyBizGate Internet. All you have to do is follow the instructions. Once this is done you can connect to the internet, surf the web, use email, and a lot more!
Remember:
- You will not have full access to the internet until you complete registration. Click here if you need to sign up.
- Your Internet password is the password that you selected on registration
Are you having problems downloading or installing the program?
If you chose "Save" instead of "Run this file from its current location", you need to locate the file netsetup.exe on your computer.To do this:
- Click the Start button and then click Search (or Find) and look under the files and folders category.
- Type the filename netsetup.exe then click Search Now (or Find Now)
- To install the program, double-click netsetup.exe and follow the instructions

Try saving the software to your hard disk:
- Create a folder on your hard drive where you want to save the software. Make a note of the folder's name so you can find the software after it has been downloaded.
- Select "Save" rather than "Run" at the Web site to download the installation file your download folder.
- Double-click on the netsetup.exe file from your download folder to install the software.
If you get a "Page not found error" when trying to download, either refresh the page or send our support group e-mail at support@affinitypath.com.

- What if I have problems installing the program?
Try the following:
- Ensure that no other programs are running. Sometimes it helps to close as many programs as possible before trying to install the program. To close programs, right-click the program icons and select either Close or Exit.
- Make sure you have the proper permissions to install applications on your computer, if you're using Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows XP. If you are unsure about what permissions you have on your computer, contact your system administrator for more information.

- Macintosh, Linux, and manual DUN Instructions:
If you are a Macintosh or Linux user, or if you wish to manually configure your Windows system to use DUN (Microsoft Dial-up Networking - for advanced Windows users only), you do not need any software to access MyBizGate Internet. You must simply configure your system to dial PPP (OpenTransport or RemoteAccess for Mac users). You will use the username you provided with "-MyBi4609@api" at the end. For example, if your username is "joe55", you would use "joe55-MyBi4609@api" as your username, and the password you selected earlier..
When configuring your system you will need a phone numbers. Use the access number lookup tool to select one in your area.
