1. Acceptance of Terms
MyBizGate Club provides its service to registered members, subject to the following Terms of Membership, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
2. Description of Service
MyBizGate Club currently provides users with access to Pay-Per-Click, Tools, Links, & Gizmos, and many more resources.
The MyBizGate Club may include communications such as service announcements, administrative messages and the MyBizGate Club Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of the MyBizGate Club membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Current communications to its members do not exceed 1 e-mail per month.
Any of the MyBizGate Club programs may change or be deleted due to third party relations.
Members are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
3. Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of the MyBizGate Club you agree to provide
true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as
prompted by the MyBizGate Club when registering. If you provide any
information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the MyBizGate Club has the right to suspend or terminate your account. If you are terminated from utilizing the MyBizGate Club there is no allowance for a refund of any membership dues or fees paid.
MyBizGate at it's sole discretion has the right to revoke usage by a registered user associated with illegal or inappropriate web content or usage and will not be credited back any membership dues or fees paid.
You are fully responsible for
all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to
immediately notify MyBizGate Club of any unauthorized use of your password or
account or any other breach of security.
4. Member Usage Of Content
MyBizGate Club offers are not to be offered or marketed or advertised in any way using spam. MyBizGate Club offers are also not to be resold, modified, or altered in any way unless a particular allowance is stated in writing by the MyBizGate Club.
Some services may include advertisements of which are necessary for MyBizGate Club to provide the service and are not to be removed in any way.
You agree to comply with all local rules and agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the
country in which you reside.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the
service, or access to the service unless in writing from the MyBizGate Club.
5. Dealings With Advertisers
Your correspondence, participation or business dealings with advertisers within the MyBizGate Club, including payment and delivery of goods or services and any other representations associated with any advertisers, are solely between you and the advertiser. MyBizGate Club shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind as the result of any dealings with advertisers on the service.
6. MyBizGate Club Privacy Policy
Your right to privacy is very important. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We believe this information should only be used to help us provide you with better service. Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties, you will not receive any spam (un-solicited e-mail).
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MyBizGate Club, and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and
employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content
you submit, post, transmit or make available through the service, your use of the
service, your connection to the service, or your violation of the Terms of Membership.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the MyBizGate Club service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. MyBizGate Club is not responsible for any damage or consequences raised by use or inability to use your account, content, or any services offered.
9. Trademark Usage
Logos, product and service names are trademarks of MyBizGate. Without MyBizgate allowing prior permission in writing you can not display or use the MyBizGate trademarks in any manner, except when included within content supplied for registered MyBizGate Club members. MyBizGate Club, MyBizGate Search, MyBizGate.com, MyBizGate.net, MyBizGate Surenet Access are trademarks and service marks of MyBizGate. The slogans Your "Daily Dose
Of Internet", "The shortest distance between dot com and dot find!", "The shortest distance between dot com and dot promote" are trademarks and service marks of MyBizGate.
10. Copyright Information
MyBizGate takes it's intellectual property rights very seriously, intentional copyright infringements will be prosecuted. If you have been violated and or are reporting a violation to MyBizGate please contact our third party copyright agent.
